BITHEWAY--If I come out as bi-sexual I'll have caught it from a toilet seat.

I agree people get encouragement from other people.

I was just talking about this with a friend of mine. He said that bisexuality had become a fad and that most people who call themselves bisexual are really straights/gays who've made out with someone of the same/opposite sex and use that as a claim to bisexuality. I agreed that there do seem to be a lot more bi folks out there these days, but I don't think it is a fad. I think the environment right now is relatively safe for sexual difference, so people are more apt to (openly) explore the complexity of their sexuality. I think that what people are doing sexually is no different than what people twenty years ago were doing, but the social climate has changed in such a way that people can embrace their sexual selves a little bit more.

Or maybe I'm really gay and just don't know it. :)
