Even the right-wing neo-nazi political groups tend to be "cultural Christians" ie: in spite of occasionally expressing someone agnostic views they tend to be very defensive of our Christian heritage. You have to go back to Hitler to find a homophobic atheist and again, he was a cultural Christian and frequently used Christian symbolism, language and tradition to stir up hate against other faith groups. I’ve never seen, heard or read an atheist express homophobic remarks in the mainstream media.
